Project Initiation Methods

Abstract
The article contains the methods and models of projects initiation in the commercial and public sphere, as well as projects of public-private partnership. The problem area of these types of projects is outlined, the main differences between the projects in the commercial and public sectors are identified, and the main "inputs" of their initiation process are considered.
